Loza Farms + Cervecería Cielito Lindo
COLLABORATION 9 / APRIL 2022
Loza Farms is the only Hispanic-owned hop farm in the Yakima Valley. Loza Farms was established in 2006, by Leon Loza. Leon came to the Yakima Valley from Mexico in 1976 and worked on a hop farm for many years. After becoming a U.S. citizen and starting a family with his wife Mimi, Leon was able to purchase the hop farm in 2006 and persisted to grow the farm year over year. Today, Junior Loza and family members lead day to day operations on the farm.
