Sauve and Son Farms is a fourth generation family farm that was founded in 1938 by Louis Sauve. Located in the Yakima Valley in a small town called Mabton, we pride ourselves on growing the highest quality hops possible through sustainable farm practices and equipment upgrades. Being an owner of Yakima Chief Hops, we strongly believe in connecting family farms to the worlds finest brewers.
